You could say Lauren Campbell has been obsessed with the paranormal since childhood. While other kids played in the park, she preferred wandering through old graveyards, fascinated by the stories etched into weathered gravestones.
Drawn to ghosts, demons, angels, poltergeists, fairies or anything mystical or otherworldly, Lauren’s curiosity only grew stronger over time. She devoured paranormal books, researched haunted locations, and fell in love with the history hidden within haunted buildings.
But simply reading about these places wasn’t enough, she wanted to share the excitement. That’s when she launched her Facebook group, LCampbell Ghost Stories & Dark History, and began writing about haunted places from around the world.
For Lauren, every building has a story, and she’s determined to be the one to tell it.
When she’s not writing or researching, Lauren enjoys watching horror films and travelling across the UK, combining her love of photography with her passion for capturing the eerie beauty of abandoned and forgotten places.
